Mindfulness for Anxiety and Depression

 

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be focused and aware of the present moment. Mindfulness, is an evidence based practice that has been proven to reduce stress, depression and anxiety and to increase self-awareness, inner peace, and self compassion for self and others.

In the group participants will meet weekly to learn ways to practice mindfulness in everyday life to help reduce emotional distress and increase compassion.
